摘要

为了提高钩体射芯的砂芯质量,通过选用强度高黏度低的高品质水玻璃与增强剂吹CO2硬化的射芯技术,解决了砂芯的吸湿、返潮、强度不够及存放时间短的问题,获得了高质量的砂芯,降低了铸件废品率,提高了生产效率。
        In order to improve the hook shot sand core quality,by choosing a high viscosity and low strength of high quality sodium silicate and strengthening agent blowing CO_2 hardening of the core technology,solution to the moisture absorption of sand core,get damp,insufficient strength and deposit time is short,won the high quality sand core,Reduce the production of waste,improve the production efficiency.
