摘要
以38MnVS非调质钢为试验对象,通过真空感应炉冶炼得到经钙、镁等不同合金处理的试验钢,并对试验钢铸锭中硫化物夹杂进行了分析研究。结果发现,在钢中添加钙、镁合金可以提高硫化物夹杂中相应元素的含量,且添加钙的效果更加明显,同时钙、镁合金的添加可以降低铸锭中10μm以上硫化物夹杂比例,其比例从5%以上降低到3%以下。另外,对试验钢锻材中硫化物研究发现,钙合金处理后的锻材试样中硫化物平均长宽比最小,只有5.25,硫化物夹杂形态控制效果最好。
        Taking non-quenched and tempered 38 MnVS steel as the test object,the test steel treated with calcium alloy and/or magnesium alloy was obtained by vacuum induction furnace smelting,and the sulfide inclusions in the ingot of the test steel were studied.The results show that the contents of calcium or magnesium in sulfide inclusions increase with the addition of corresponding calcium alloy or magnesium alloy in steel,and the effect of calcium alloy is more obvious.In addition,the proportion of sulfide inclusions size above 10 μm can be reduced from 5% or more to less than 3% by addition of calcium alloy or magnesium alloy when smelting.By studying the sulfide in 38 MnVS forged material,it's found that the average length-width ratio of sulfide in the forged material treated with calcium is the smallest,only 5.25,and the control effect of sulfide inclusion morphology is the best.
