摘要
基于韦家沟煤矿降温需求和现场条件,结合矿井水源分配情况对矿井降温技术方案进行优选,提出了利用防尘水进行重力供水的矿用制冷机组冷却散热技术。与传统的闭式循环冷却水散热技术相比,该技术不需要换热设备,冷却水系统简单,功耗降低70%,在满足制冷机组散热要求的前提下又实现了节能降耗的目的。为矿井热害治理的高能耗问题提供了新的解决办法。
        Based on Weijiagou coal mine cooling requirements and site conditions, combined with the mine water allocation,select scheme of mine cooling technology, put forward a technology that use dust proof water to supply water by gravity for heat dissipation of mine refrigeration unit. Compared with the traditional closed cycle cooling water cooling technology, the technology does not need heat exchange equipment, cooling water system is simple and power consumption reduced by 70%,achieving the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption in the premise that satisfy the requirement of refrigeration unit cooling. It provides a new solution of high energy consumption problem for mine thermal disaster management.
