摘要
介绍了采煤机工况特征与典型故障,并以采煤机摇臂为研究对象,采用超声检测技术,对摇臂零部件的损伤进行检测,并具体设计了检测方案。应用效果表明:该技术可以对零部件存在的缺陷进行准确检测,并为后续设备的维修提供一定的借鉴。
The characteristics of the working conditions of the coal m ining machine and the typical faults are introduced, and the rocker arm of the coal mining machine is used as the research object, and the ultrasonic detection technology is adopted to detect the damage of the rocker arm parts, and the detection scheme is specifically designed.The application results show that the technology can accurately detect the defects of the components and provide some reference for the maintenance of the following equipment.
