摘要
基于光纤光栅设计温度监测系统,实现对电机内部温度的实时测量。介绍光纤光栅的测温原理,利用ANSYS有限元分析法建立电机定、转子模型,仿真分析电机内部温度分布情况,确定光纤光栅的合理布置位置。根据实验原理图,选择合适的器件,搭建整个测温系统。
Based on fiber grating design temperature monitoring system, real-time measurement of the internal temperature of the motor was achieved.The principle of fiber grating temperature measurement was introduced.The stator and rotor models of the motor were established by ANSYS finite element analysis.The temperature distribution inside the motor was simulated and the proper arrangement of the fiber grating was determined.According to the experimental schematic diagram,the appropriate device was selected,the entire temperature measurement system was built.
