摘要
为了降低钢轨铝热焊焊前预热过程中人为操作对焊接接头性能的影响,采用一种基于PLC控制器的预热控制系统对预热过程中预热气体的流量进行调节与监控。该系统可实时监测、控制钢轨铝热焊预热过程中气体的流量参数,并充分量化预热控制过程中的预热参数指标。经型式检验,该系统的静弯、疲劳、拉伸、硬度及显微组织试验结果满足标准要求。该系统已成功应用于高原槽型轨铝热焊接试验中。
In order to reduce the influence of human factors on the performance of welded joints during preheating of thermite welding,a preheating control system based on PLC controller is used to monitor the preheating gas flow during the preheating process. The system can monitor and control the gas flow parameters on time and fully quantify the preheating parameters index during the preheating control process. Through type test,the results of static bending,fatigue,stretch,hardness and micro-structure of this system satisfied the requires of standard. And this system successfully applied to the groove rail thermite welding test on the plateau.
