工业有机废气的热氧化处理,是在足够高的温度下将其与氧反应生成二氧化碳和水等简单且通常无害的物质的过程。直接燃烧式、间壁式、蓄热式和催化热氧化器是常用的工业有机废气处理装置。概述了这些热氧化器的原理、结构和工艺特点。
Thermal oxidation of industrial VOCs is a process in which VOCs react with oxygen at high enough temperatures and turn into such simple and usually harmless substances as carbon dioxide and water.Direct fired thermal oxidizer,thermal recuperative oxidizer,regenerative thermal oxidizer and catalytic oxidizer are equipment often used in the treatment of industrial VOCs.Principles,structures and characteristics of these oxidizers are summarized.
