摘要
Sm-Co系列合金是传统的稀土永磁材料,其纳米材料在高性能存储及纳米复合永磁的制备方面具有很大应用潜力。本文介绍了通过化学法制备Sm-Co纳米材料的工作。通过Sm、Co盐共沉淀,水热处理,焙烧的方法制得氧化物前驱体,再通过钙热还原法得到纳米磁体。研究了实验条件、产物物相和性能的关系,并讨论了这种制备方法的优缺点。
Sm-Co series alloys are traditional rare earth permanent magnetic materials,and their nanomaterials have great potential for application in the preparation of high-performance storage and nanocomposite permanent magnets.This article describes the preparation of Sm-Co nanomaterials by chemical methods.Oxide precursors were prepared by coprecipitation of Sm,Co salt,hydrothermal treatment,and calcination,and nanomagnets were obtained by calcium-thermal reduction.The relationship between experimental conditions,product phases and properties was studied,and the advantages and disadvantages of this preparation method were discussed.
