摘要
某石化企业在国Ⅴ汽油生产工艺基础上,围绕国Ⅵ汽油升级要求,继续降低汽油池烯烃、芳烃含量与兼顾RON损失的有效控制和弥补,特别是针对国Ⅵ汽油烯烃含量限制越来越严格与企业汽油池的特殊性,经过多方案对比,结合原有加工流程和装置实际,要从根本上解决问题,需要对汽油的生产结构进行调整,主要是降低催化裂化汽油的比重,增加高辛烷值、低烯烃含量汽油的比例,因此继续选择醚化与同时新增"异构化+烷基化"的优质汽油生产技术,发挥工艺组合效应,特别是依靠烷基化技术在汽油升级中的关键作用,使汽油生产达到国Ⅵ标准,是优化汽油产品组成,最终完全满足该石化企业国ⅥB阶段汽油升级的必经之路。同时,针对国Ⅵ汽油实际生产过程中影响因素较多,提出除加强汽油池调和比例优化外,还应从源头提高汽油池主要组分品质,优化各类汽油生产装置操作条件,以及动态跟踪汽油池各项指标变化,灵活运用汽油池各组分性质特点等,也都是优化国Ⅵ汽油生产的重要措施。
        On the basis of National Phase Ⅴ gasoline production process,a petrochemical enterprise continues to reduce the olefin and aromatics content of gasoline pool while giving consideration to the effective control and compensation for RON loss according to the requirements of National Phase Ⅵ gasoline upgrading,especially the stricter limit for olefin content of National Phase Ⅵ gasoline and the particularity of the enterprise′ s gasoline pool.The comparison of multiple schemes based on the original process flow and the actual situation of the unit shows that,to fundamentally solve the problems,it is necessary to adjust the gasoline production structure by reducing the proportion of FCC gasoline and increasing the proportion of high-octane low-olefin gasoline.So etherification process is continuously used and a new isomerization plus alkylation pro-cess is adopted for the production of high quality gasoline,so as to produce combined effects of the processes and play the role of alkylation technology in gasoline upgrading to meet the National Phase Ⅵ gasoline standards.This is the only way to optimize the composition of gasoline products and ultimately achieve the National Phase Ⅵ B stage gasoline upgrading of the enterprise.Meanwhile,there are many factors influencing the actual production of National Phase Ⅵ gasoline.In addition to strengthening the blending ratio optimization of gasoline pool,some important measures are proposed for optimizing the production of National Phase Ⅵgasoline,such as improving the quality of main components of the gasoline pool from the source,optimizing the operating conditions of various gasoline production units,dynamically tracking the changes in various indicators of the gasoline pool and flexibly using the characteristics of various components of the gasoline pool.
