耐洗型无氟拒水剂的制备

摘要
以丙烯酸十八酯(SA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)和烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)为主原料,合成了耐洗型无氟拒水剂。优化的制备条件:非离子表面活性剂{月桂醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚(AEO-9)或者m(AEO-9)∶m[聚乙烯吡咯烷酮-30(K30)]=4∶1}与阳离子表面活性剂(十八烷基三甲基氯化铵)质量比2∶1,用量10%(对主原料总质量);引发剂偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐用量1%(对主原料总质量),60℃反应5 h;主原料m(SA)∶m(BA)∶m(HEMA)∶m(AKD)=22∶4.2∶0.8∶3。合成的耐洗型无氟拒水剂粒径为112.6 nm。经该拒水剂整理的棉和涤纶织物拒水性可达90分,标准洗涤10次后,棉织物仍有较好的拒水效果。
        The washing-resistant fluorine-free water repellent agent was synthesized with stearyl acrylate(SA), butyl acrylate(BA), hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA) and alkyl ketene dimer(AKD) as the main raw materials. The optimized synthesis process was as follows: the ratio of nonionic surfactant {lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene(9) ether(AEO-9) or m(AEO-9)∶m[polyvinylpyrrolidone-30(K30)]=4∶1} to cationic surfactant(stearyl trimethyl ammonium chloride) 2∶1, dosage 10%(to total mass of main raw materials), initiator [2,2′-azobis(2-methylpropionamidine) dihydrochloride] 1%(to total mass of main raw materials), reacted at 60 ℃ for 5 h, m(SA)∶m(BA)∶m(HEMA)∶m(AKD)=22∶4.2∶0.8∶3. The washing-resistant fluorine-free water repellent agent had a particle size of 112.6 nm. The water repellent of cotton and polyester fabrics treated with this water repellent agent could reach 90 points. After 10 times of standard washing, cotton fabrics still had good water repellent effect.
