In the light of the research and development of Cutting Machine for Ultra-thin Aluminum Profile, the finite element calculation of the cutting machine's walking gear in the SolidWorks software, and then analyzed the stress, displacement and strain of walking gear which under the static loading. At the same time, in order to avoid unnecessary loss caused by resonance, the modal analysis of the gear were carried out.The results showed that the finite element analysis of walking gear can accurately predict the deformation which carried out in SolidWorks software. The method provided a theoretical basis for the improvement and optimization of its structure, and also provided a theoretical basis for further improving the performance of the profile cutting machine and the design of the whole machine.
