利用凸轮机构车削密封槽的夹具设计

摘要
为降低齿轮泵密封槽加工成本,在不影响加工精度前提下,设计一款利用凸轮机构在车床上用仿行法车削密封槽的夹具。根据精度要求确定定位方案,分析并设计夹具的结构、夹紧装置的结构,分析定位误差,进行夹具的安装和使用。结果表明该夹具操作方便、加工精度稳定,同时提高了生产效率,加工成本明显降低,实际应用效果良好。
        In order to reduce the processing cost of seal groove of gear pump,this paper,based on the principle of cam mechanism,designs a fixture for turning seal groove on lathe with form copying method without affecting the machining precision.The steps of the design are as follows:first,the location scheme is determined according to the precision requirement,next the structure of the fixture and the clamping device is analyzed and designed,then the location error is analyzed,and finally the fixture is installed and used on trial.The results show that it is convenient to use the fixture,that the machining precision is stable and reliable,meanwhile,and that its practical application is desirable so that the production efficiency can be improved and the processing cost can be dramatically reduced.
