涪陵页岩气井焖井时间与产能关系分析

摘要
涪陵页岩气井压裂后,多数井经历了3天以上的焖井,再进行钻塞后放喷排液、测试求产。随着焖井时间的变化,气井初始产能相差较大。根据调研资料表明,焖井期间人工裂缝内压裂液滤失、微裂缝沟通、页岩浸泡等因素共同影响近井地带的储层物性,进而影响气井产能。进一步统计、分析涪陵页岩气井焖井时间与压裂液返排率、气井初始产能的对应关系,认为焖井20天以上能大幅度改善气井近井地带储层物性,提高单井产能。
        Most Fuling shale gas wells need shut-in process for more than three days after fracturing operation and then go ahead with drilling-plug blowout and testing for production.Along with the change of shut-in time,initial gas well capacity is of great difference.Investigation data show that such factors as fracturing fluid filtration inside artificial fracture in shut-in period,microcrack connection and shale soak influence reservoir physical property of immediate vicinity of wellbore,affecting gas well capacity.Through further analysis of corresponding relations of shut-in time,fracturing fluid flowback rate and initial gas well capacity,it is believed that more than 20-day shut-in time can improve greatly reservoir physical property of immediate vicinity of wellbore and raise single well capacity.
