摘要
贵溪冶炼厂一系统熔炼车间对原有干燥系统进行替代改造,其中新增蒸汽干燥机的控制结果,直接影响着闪速炉的稳定生产。针对干燥机转速控制的要求,分析了蒸汽干燥机的转速控制原理,提出了控制实现的方法,并对其联锁情况进行了介绍。
The No.1 system smelting workshop of Guixi Smelter replaces and upgrades the original drying system. The control result of the newly-added steam dryer directly affects the stable production of the flash furnace. According to the requirement of dryer rotary speed control, the paper analyzes the control principle of steam dryer rotary speed, puts forward the way to realize the control and introduces its interlocking.
