摘要

目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术的中西医护理的方法观察临床临床疗效,评估腹腔镜胆囊切除术临床护理患者住院天数、住院费用、医疗质量及满意度等的影响,通过中西医护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术的实施,达到缩短患者住院天数,降低住院费用,提高病房周转率,提高患者满意度。方法选择行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者作为研究对象,选取150例患者,分为三组,分别给予中西医结合护理、西医优质护理与常规护理,对其护理效果进行对比分析。结果中西医结合组患者的护理效果优于优质护理组,且两个小组的护理效果均优于对照组。结论在给予患者优质护理的同时,增加中医特色疗法的应用,能够明显促进患者手术后的恢复进程,降低并发症的发生率。
        Objective To explore the nursing methods and effects of traditional Chinese and western medicine for laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods a total of 150 subjects were selected and randomly divided into three groups:Chinese and western medicine nursing group,quality nursing group and control group.Three groups were given integrated TCM and western medicine nursing, quality nursing and routine nursing respectively,and their nursing effects were compared and analyzed.Results the effect of the combined Chinese and western medicine group was better than the quality group,and the effect of the two groups was better than the control group. Conclusion in addition to providing patients with quality nursing care, increasing the application of TCM characteristic therapy can significantly promote the recovery process of patients after surgery and reduce the incidence of complications.
