摘要

白酒企业建设原料基地,符合国家产业政策和行业发展趋势,利于实现原料的自我控制,既可保证原料的品质及可追溯性,又可保证原料的安全和质量,更是对于酿酒企业一个扩大宣传、扩大影响的举措,有利于推动酿酒产业发展。
        The construction of raw material base by liquor enterprises conforms to the national industrial policy and industry development trend, which is conducive to the realization of self-control of raw materials. This construction can not only ensure the quality and traceability of raw materials, as well as the safety and quality of raw materials, but also expand publicity and influence of the enterprise which will help to promote the development of the liquor industry.
