摘要
提出了一种基于LabVIEW的高精度、高效率的燃料组件图像倾斜处理方法。对获取的倾斜的燃料组件图像进行ROI区域选取、图像掩膜、图像灰度化、图像二值化和高级形态学凸包等预处理,使得燃料组件图像变得更加清晰。使用搜索特征点的方法判断图像的倾斜方向,通过最小二乘法拟合直线得出图像的倾斜角,通过旋转矩阵对图像进行倾斜校正。由于此方法通过选取感兴趣的区域缩小了处理的图像面积,因此针对性更强、效率更高。实验结果表明该技术有效地校正了倾斜的燃料组件图像,并且提高了燃料组件棒间距测量的精度。
        This paper presents a high-precision and high-efficiency fuel assembly image tilt processing method based on LabVIEW.The tilted fuel assembly image is preprocessed through selected ROI regions,image masking,image graying,binarization,and advanced morphological convex hulls,to make the nuclear fuel assembly image clearer.The method of searching for the feature points is used to judge the tilt direction of the image,and the tilt angle is obtained by fitting the straight line using the least squares method,and the tilt correction of the image is performed by use of the rotation matrix.Because this method narrows down the processed image area by selecting the ROI region of interest,it is more targeted and more efficient.The experimental results show that this technique effectively corrects the tilted fuel assembly image and improves the precision of the fuel assembly rod spacing measurement.
