河南能源化工集团焦煤公司转型发展的思考

摘要
结合河南能源化工集团焦煤公司的实际情况,从产业及产品结构、煤炭主业、技术工艺等方面提出了公司转型发展的必要性,从明确业务转型的方向、转变竞争方式、深化组织结构改革、深化治理结构改革、依靠科技创新等方面提出了转型发展的路径,同时提出了转型发展过程中需要注意的问题。
Combined with the actual situation of Jiaozuo Coal Mining Company of Henan Energy and Chemical Group, from aspects such as industrial and product structure, coal business, technical process the necessity of transformation of company development was put forward, the transformation and development path was proposed from the aspects of defining the direction of business transformation, the transformation of the competition mode, deepening the reform of organization structure, deepening the reform of governance structure, relying on scientific and technological innovation, and the problems that need to pay attention to in the process of transformation development were carried out.
