摘要
介绍了一种水性膨胀型防火涂料的制备工艺及其耐火性能快速测试方法,从耐火极限、炭层膨胀高度、炭层强度、烧蚀率等方面讨论了几种不同颜填料对水性膨胀型防火涂料耐火性能的影响因素。结果表明:(1)添加一定比例的钛白粉对防火涂料综合耐火性能有着明显的提升作用,金红石型钛白粉提升效果更好;(2)氢氧化铝同钛白粉作用类似,对防火涂料综合耐火性能提升同样存在一个最佳添加比例;(3)纤维材料中,硫酸钙晶须对于防火涂料的综合耐火性能提升效果较好,芳纶纤维提升效果较差。
        This paper briefly introduces the preparation process and quick fire resistance test method for a kind of waterborne intumescing fire-retardant coatings, mainly discussing the effects of several pigments and fillers on fire resistance of waterborne intumescing fire-retardant coatings in terms of the fire-endurance limit, expansion height of the carbonized layer, carbonized layer strength and ablation rate. The results show:(1) the addition of a certain proportion of titanium dioxide has a significant effect on the comprehensive fire resistance of fire-retardant coatings, and rutile titanium dioxide improves the effect better;(2) aluminum hydroxide acts like titanium dioxide, and there is also an optimum addition ratio for improving comprehensive fire resistance of fire-retardant coatings;(3) in fibrous materials, calcium sulfate whisker has a good effect on improving fire-retardant performance of fire-retardant coatings, and aramid fiber does not have a good effect on improvement.
