摘要
简单介绍了一种水性膨胀型防火涂料制备工艺,通过对配方中增稠剂、润湿分散剂及消泡剂等助剂对贮存稳定性的影响进行研究与讨论,结果表明:(1)不同种类增稠剂的选用会极大地影响水性膨胀型防火涂料的贮存稳定性,其中纤维素与聚氨酯类增稠剂搭配使用效果较好;(2)润湿分散剂中的表面活性成分能够有效改善粉料的分散,防止填料微粒的聚沉而影响贮存稳定性;(3)消泡剂能够控制微泡,改善填料微粒的分布情况,其中有机硅类消泡剂对高固体分涂料体系的长期稳定有显著的影响。
        This paper briefly introduces the process of preparing a kind of waterborne intumescing fire-retardant coatings,and studies and discusses the influence of additives in the formula such as the thickening agent,wetting dispersant and defoaming agent on storage stability.The results show:(1) the selection of different types of thickeners will greatly influence the waterborne intumescing fire-retardant coatings' storage stability,and the effect of using fiber and polyurethane thickener together is good;(2) the surfactant components in the wetting agent can effectively improve the dispersion of the powder,preventing the accumulation and sedimentation of filler particles and thus influencing the storage stability;(3) defoaming agents can control microbubbles and improve the distribution of filler particles,among which organosilicon defoaming agents have a significant impact on the longterm stability of the high solid coatings system.
