摘要
为评价碟盘刀具径向切削与轴向振动复合破碎煤岩的性能,应用分形理论和FFT能量方法分析碟盘刀具数值模拟的载荷谱。通过分析总载荷谱在2~(-8)尺度下的盒维数和FFT能量特征,研究碟盘刀具复合破碎煤岩的性能与碟盘刀具楔面角度的关系。结果表明:随着楔面角度增大,碟盘刀具径向载荷增大,轴向载荷减小,总载荷增大,其方向角变化范围减小并逐渐趋向0°,呈现非对称周期性。随楔面角度增大,碟盘刀具总载荷盒维数逐渐减小,比能耗减小,破碎煤岩块度增大,粉尘量减小,归一化的FFT能量减小。该研究揭示了不同楔面角度下碟盘刀具破碎煤岩的比能耗与分形特征评价破碎性能的一致性,为实现高效破碎煤岩提供了参考。
        This paper is concerned with an evaluation of the performance of disc cutter in coal rock fragmentation by radial cutting and axial vibration. The study involves analyzing the load spectrum of disc cutter numerical simulation using fractal theory and FFT energy method; identifying the relationship between the performance of the disc cutter and the wedge angle of the disc cutter by providing the box dimension and FFT energy characteristics of the total load at the scale of 2~(-8). The results show that the increase of wedge angle is accompanied by an increase in the radial load of the disc cutter, a decrease in the axial load, an increase in the total load, and a decrease in the variation range of the direction angle, which gradually tends to 0 degrees, showing an asymmetric periodicity; along with the increase of wedge angle come a gradual decrease in he total load box dimension of disc cutter, a decrease in specific energy consumption, an increase in fragmentation of coal and rock, and a decrease in dust content and normalized FFT energy. This study reveals the consistency between the specific energy consumption of disc cutter and fractal characteristics in evaluating the crushing performance of coal and rock at different wedge angles, and could provide a reference for achieving efficient crushing of coal and rock.
