摘要
为保证煤制烯烃生产装置的长期稳定运行,以神华宁煤煤制烯烃生产系统的乙烯装置、聚丙烯装置、聚乙烯装置和液氨装置为例,选取单位产品能耗和有害物质排放作为能效诊断指标,介绍了装置能效的评估模型、计量范围及各装置能效计算过程和对标基准的确定。采用该方法,当产品能耗或有害物质排放超过基准值时,可判定装置出现问题,有助于企业提前发现生产异常,排除故障。
        In order to ensure long-term and stable operation of coal to olefin production unit, taking ethylene,polyethylene, polypropylene and liquid ammonia devices of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Company coal to olefin production system as an example, the energy efficiency diagnosis method was adopted and unit product energy consumption and emissions of the harmful substance were used as the energy efficiency diagnostic index. The energy efficiency evaluation model, measurement range, energy efficiency calculation process and determination of benchmark were introduced. Using the method, when the energy consumption or harmful substance emissions exceeded the benchmark value, the device could be judged to have problems, which was helpful for enterprises to detect production abnormalities in advance and troubleshoot.
