摘要
"十二五"期间,随着神华包头煤制烯烃项目的顺利投产以及其展示出来的优异的盈利能力,一大批煤制烯烃项目陆续上马。但在2015年,国际原油价格一路走低,煤制烯烃项目盈利能力下降,其项目本身被隐藏的高耗能、高耗水的弊端又再次为广大专家所诟病。在"十三五"期间,煤制烯烃是否能够继续生存与发展的关键,在于解决高耗能、高耗水这一问题。本文力求在对现有煤制烯烃项目节水方面做出一些分析、探讨,以期能够为煤制烯烃行业的发展进行有益探索。
        During the 12~(th) five-year plan period, with the smooth operation of Shenhua Baotou Coal-to-olefin Project and its excellent profitability, a large number of coal-to-olefin projects were launched successively. However, in 2015, the international crude oil price went down, the profitability of coal-to-olefin project decreased, and its hidden disadvantages of high energy consumption and high water consumption were again criticized by experts. During the 13~(th) five-year plan period, the key to the survival and development of coal-to-olefin is to solve the problem of high energy and water consumption. This paper tries to make some analysis and discussion on the water-saving aspect of the existing coal-to-olefin project, so as to make beneficial exploration for the development of coal-to-olefin industry.
