摘要
近年来,我国的煤矿企业已普遍使用交流变频调速技术进行采煤皮带机运输,但煤矿井下采煤区的供电调速系统与电机之间的距离较远,必需采用长电缆供电,这样会产生电机端过电压的问题。针对这一问题,本文提出了长电缆传输线模型,使用滤波器来抑制过电压的方法。通过在电机端和变频器端设计滤波器,从而实现皮带运输机驱动电机过电压的抑制。在Matlab中建立了仿真模型,比较不同的仿真波形图,仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。
In recent years, China's coal mining enterprises have generally used AC variable frequency speed control technology for coal conveyor belt conveyor. However,the distance between the power supply speed control system and the motor in the coal mining area is far away,and it is necessary to use long cable power supply,which will cause overvoltage for the motor end. To solve this problem, it is proposed to establish a long cable transmission line model and use a filter to suppress the generation of overvoltage. By designing a filter at the motor end and the inverter end, the overvoltage of the belt conveyor drive motor is suppressed. Finally, the simulation model is established in Matlab, comparing different simulation waveforms, and the effectiveness of the method is verified by simulation results.
