煤机制造业战略投资及合作方选择

摘要
受煤炭销售形势下滑的影响,煤机制造业也面临"严冬"的考验。合作共赢、渡过难关,以技术换市场成为煤机制造企业和煤炭行业不谋而合的必然选择。如何通过好战略合作,提高投资收益,既取决于战略合作伙伴的正确选择,又体现在对投资项目后评价制度、内容、方法、指标体系的正确把握。
Under the influences of the declined coal sales, the coal machinery manufacturing industry is also faced with an"arduous winter" test. With a win-win cooperation and a pulling through difficulty, a technology to replace the market became a necessary choice jointly made by the coal machinery manufacturing enterprises and the coal industry without collusion.How to well make a strategic cooperation and to improve an investment profit would also depend on a correct selection of the strategic cooperation partner and would express correct holdings of the post-evaluation system, contents, method and index system of the investment project.
