摘要
针对回坡底选煤厂重介分选过程中密度波动、桶位不稳定、介耗大等问题,分析了密度、补水量、分流量、桶位、磁性物含量等过程变量间的耦合特性,研究了PID补水+LS-SVM分流的重介分选过程智能控制方法,设计了一套基于Spring Boot技术的重介分选智能控制系统,通过Web发布在浏览器客户端实现远程操作,建立了具有集成性强、实时性高、具有快速移动部署能力的智能控制系统。
For the problems of density fluctuation, barrel position unfixed and medium-consuming during the separation process in the HuiPoDi coal preparation plant, the factors related to density, water replenishment, flow distribution, barrel position and magnetic content which need to be matched closely during process are analyzed. The controlling methods of PID hydration + LS-SVM is studied. A set of smart control system based on Spring Boot technology is designed. The remote control is implemented in the browser client through Web. Smart controlling system with strong integration, high real-time performance and fast mobile deployment capability has been established.
