摘要
针对棋盘井煤矿907辅运联巷的交错巷道布置工程情况,展开巷道联合支护技术分析研究。分析得出,交错巷道围岩应力重分布互扰影响复杂,交错巷道巷间距离较近,就会引起巷间围岩应力的显著叠加扰动影响,相应的巷间围岩体裂隙破坏向中部延深抵近,发生裂隙贯通,导致交错巷道围岩承载整体失稳致灾。针对这一类工程问题,提出907辅运联巷锚杆+锚索+钢架棚联合支护方案。现场变形监测效果表明,907辅运联巷围岩变形量普遍在15~64 mm,支护方案实现了对907辅运联巷近距离交错巷道围岩控制。
Based on the layout of staggered roadway in 907 auxiliary transportation roadway of Qipanjing Mine, the technical analysis of combined support for staggered roadways was carried out, it was concluded that the influence of stress redistribution disturbance on surrounding rock of staggered roadway was complex, the closer the distance between staggered roadways, the more serious the disturbance of stress in surrounding rock between roadways, even the crack failure of surrounding rock mass between roadways extended to the middle of roadways and led to crack penetration, which caused bearing instability of surrounding rock of staggered roadway. Therefore, aiming at this engineering problem, the technical scheme of "bolt + anchor + steel shed"combined support technology scheme was proposed for the staggered position of roadway, and through the field deformation monitoring results, the deformation of surrounding rock in 907 auxiliary transport roadway was generally 15 ~ 64 mm, the current support scheme realized the surrounding rock control of 907 auxiliary transport combined roadway near staggered roadway.
