低压气流床气化技术应用于中小型煤化工行业的优势

摘要
目前,国内中小型煤化工行业,尤其是中小型合成氨企业,一部分还是以固定床气化工艺进行粗煤气生产。由于固定床气化工艺只能使用块煤为原料,造成粗煤气生产成本高,并且在生产过程中产生的废水、废气等环保问题较多。随着国家环保政策的日益严厉,这些中小型煤化工企业都面临着对"气头"进行升级改造的问题。但是,现在主流的气化工艺是以高压气流床工艺为主,其运行压力与中小型煤化工企业的后系统不完全匹配。基于此,安徽科达洁能股份有限公司自主研发的低压气流床(运行压力0~1.6 MPa)工艺,非常适合于中小型煤化工行业"气头"的升级改造,在中小型煤化工行业中具有一定的优势。
        At present,some domestic small and medium enterprises in the coal chemical industry,especially some small and medium ammonia enterprises,still produces crude gas with fixed bed gasification process.Because the fixed bed gasification process can only use lump coal as raw material,the production cost of crude gas is high,and many environmental problems such as waste water and waste gas produced in the production process come as a result.With the increasingly strict national state policies governing environmental protection,these small and mediumsized coal chemical enterprises are facing the problem of upgrading"gas source".However,the current mainstream gasification process is dominated by HP entrained-flow process,and its operating pressure is not completely matched with the support system of current small and mediumsized coal chemical enterprises.Based on this,Anhui Keda Clean Energy Co.,Ltd.independently developed the LP entrained-flow gasification technology(operating pressure 0~1.6 MPa),which is very suitable for upgrading the"gas source"of small and medium-sized coal chemical enterprises and enjoys a certain degree of advantage in this perspective.
