矿山救护队伍运营管理与健康发展模式

摘要
针对矿山救护队伍运营模式,分别从不同角度对管理体系、人员素质、体制保障、学习训练、救护队伍管理定位和人才培养等方面进行深刻剖析,分析了目前队伍发展的瓶颈和亟待解决的问题,提出了独到的改进措施和解决对策,创建安全救护文化,管控具体新举措,融合安全救护文化,形成矿山救护队独具特色管理机制,对提升矿井应急处置能力和作战能力发挥了重要作用,对加速现代化救援队伍建设健康发展,打造新形势、新时代、高质量矿山应急救援队伍体系具有一定的指导意义。
In view of the operation mode of the mine rescue team,the management system,personnel quality,system guarantee,learning and training,management orientation and personnel training of the rescue team were deeply analyzed from different perspectives.The bottlenecks of the development of the rescue team and the problems to be solved urgently were analyzed.The original improvement measures and countermeasures were put forward,the safety rescue culture was created,and the concrete new measures for management and control were put forward.Measures to integrate safety rescue culture and form a unique management mechanism of mine rescue team have played an important role in improving mine emergency disposal ability and combat ability,accelerating the healthy development of modern rescue team construction,creating a new situation,a new era and a high-quality mine emergency rescue team system.
