摘要
随着社会经济的迅速发展,社会分工越来越细,专业化程度越来越高,精准化管理已被越来越多的管理者认可和使用。而在煤炭企业竞争激烈的今天,培训无疑又是提高员工素质,提升企业安全水平和经济效益的重要手段。针对兴隆庄煤矿传统培训效果差、专业人才的数量及质量不达标等问题,兴隆庄煤矿基于精准化管理的原则,结合企业的实际情况,通过"干部上讲台,培训到现场"的精准培训管理办法,开展课堂培训,不仅提升了干部、职工的安全素质及技术操作能力,同时也培养了一批适应矿井长远发展需要的高素质人才,为实现煤矿长期稳定的安全生产奠定了基础。
With the rapid development of social economy, social division of labor is becoming more and more detailed, the degree of specialization is becoming higher and higher, and the accurate management has been recognized and used by more and more managers. In today's fierce competition in coal enterprises, training is undoubtedly an important means to improve the quality of employees, improve the safety level and economic benefits of enterprises. In view of the problems such as poor effect of traditional training in Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine, insufficient quantity and quality of professional personnel, Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine, based on the principle of accurate management, combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, through the"cadres on the platform,training to the scene"precision training management method to carry out classroom training, not only improves the safety quality and technical operation ability of cadres and workers, but also cultivates a group of high-quality talents to meet the long-term development needs of the mine, which lays a foundation for the long-term stable safety production of the mine.
