摘要
由于采空区内容易出现遗煤自燃现象,同时采空区内也容易积聚瓦斯,为了在进行采空区瓦斯抽采时避免遗煤自燃,通过分析采空区的瓦斯抽采指标及其极限值,设计了一套基于PLC控制系统的采空区瓦斯抽采系统,并根据生产实际进行了处理的优化调整。通过该PLC控制系统的应用,可以有效地提高运行设备的可靠性,从而保障了煤矿的安全生产。
Due to the spontaneous combustion of coal left in the gob area and the accumulation of gas in the mined-out area,in order to avoid the spontaneous combustion of coal left during gas extraction in the goaf,the gas drainage index of the goaf was analyzed.At its limit,a set of gas drainage system based on PLC control system was designed and optimized according to the actual production.Through the application of the PLC control system,the reliability of the operating equipment can be effectively improved,thereby ensuring the safety production of the coal mine.
