低瓦斯矿井爆破后炮烟吹散等待时间的界定

摘要
为防止煤矿井下爆破作业过程中出现等待炮烟吹散时间误操作现象,通过计算单位质量炸药爆炸后气体体积、实测气体产物,结合围岩地应力再平衡、井巷风速与巷道长度等因素,界定瓦斯矿井在爆破后炮烟吹散时间,以确定爆破后人员的等待时间,有效预防了缓爆(拒爆、残爆)伤人、炮烟熏人,以及有毒、有害气体对人体的危害,确保爆破作业安全,预防事故发生。
In order to prevent the misoperation of waiting for fume blowing time in the process of underground blasting in coal mine,the fume blowing time of gas mine after blasting was defined by calculating the volume of gas after explosion of unit mass explosive and the measured gas product,combining with the factors such as the ground stress rebalancing of surrounding rock,the wind speed of shaft and the length of roadway. Determine the waiting time of the personnel after blasting,effectively prevent the slow explosion( reject explosion,residual explosion) injury,smoke,as well as toxic and harmful gas hazards to the human body,to ensure the safety of blasting operations,prevent accidents.
