摘要
针对山西某矿皮带运输机经常出现跑偏的问题进行了详细分析,结合煤矿实际生产情况,采取了多种措施预防皮带的跑偏。经过改进后的皮带运输机可以有效地纠正运输工程中皮带的跑偏问题,激光测距仪的投入使用可以及时发现问题并及时解决,防止事故进一步扩大,不仅为企业节约了人力、物力,还能够保障煤矿井下的安全运输,具有一定的推广意义。
        In view of the problem that belt conveyor often misses in a mine in Shanxi Province, combined with the actual production situation of coal mine, various measures are taken to prevent belt deviation. The improved belt conveyor can effectively correct the problem of belt deviation in transportation engineering. The laser rangefinder can find and solve the problem in time and prevent the accident from being further expanded, which not only saves manpower for enterprises. Material resources, but also to ensure the safe transportation of coal mines, has a certain promotion significance.
