术前改良体位训练对甲状腺肿瘤患者手术的影响

摘要
目的 探讨术前改良体位训练在甲状腺肿瘤患者手术中的应用。方法 选取2016年1月至2018年8月我院收治的甲状腺肿瘤患者200例作为研究对象,根据就诊时间将患者等分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予术前改良体位训练,分别于护理干预前后采用症状自评量表从强迫、抑郁、敌对、焦虑角度对患者进行心理评估;比较两组患者心理波动情况和并发症发生率。结果 护理干预后,观察组患者强迫、抑郁、敌对、焦虑评分低于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组手术体位综合征发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论 在常规护理基础上给予患者术前改良体位训练能减轻患者心理波动,降低其手术体位综合征发生率,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application of preoperative improved postural training on surgery in patients with thyroid tumor. Methods To select 200 cases of patients with thyroid tumors who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to August 2018 as the study subjects. According to the time of treatment,we divided these patients into control group and observation group with the same number of patients. The control group was given routine nursing. On the basis of the observation group,the preoperative improved group postural training was given to the control group. Before and after the nursing intervention,the symptom self-rating scale was used to evaluate the patients from the perspectives of coercion,depression,hostility and anxiety. The psychology fluctuations and the incidence of complications of patients in the two groups were compared. Results After the nursing intervention,the scores of coercion,depression,hostility and anxiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence of surgical position syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Applying the preoperative improved postural training on the basis of routine nursing can reduce the psychological fluctuation of patients and reduce the incidence of surgical position syndrome,which was worth popularizing and applying.
