以“五修五型”为支撑塑造医学生精诚至善的职业理想——以福建中医药大学“修园班”为例

理想是悬在人生之路上的明灯,指引人前行。医学生的职业理想,就是个人渴望达到的医学职业境界,是对未来职业活动和职业成就的超前反映。"精诚至善"的职业理想从临床技术和从业道德两个层面为医学生描绘了科学的职业理想,它有助于医学生树立崇高的职业理想、明确自己的奋斗目标,真正成为医德高尚、医术精湛的医务工作者。多年来,我校以"修园班"这一"卓越医生教育培养计划"工程为试点,结合时代要求和中医院校特色,探索从"修文、修身、修性、修行、修德"五个层面培养学生,构建学习型、阳光型、文化型、创新型、服务型的"五型"集体,即以"五修五型"为支撑,塑造学生"精诚至善"的职业理想,培养德行兼备的中医后备人才。
The ideal is a bright light hanging on the road of life, guiding people to move forward. The professional ideal for medical students is the medical professional realm that individuals are eager to achieve, and it is an advanced reflection of future professional activities and professional achievements. The professional ideal of "To be sincere and perfect" sets a scientific career ideal for medical students from two aspects, clinical technology and professional ethics. It helps medical students to establish lofty professional ideals,clarify their own goals, and become a medical staff with high medical ethics and superb medical skills. Over the years, our university has taken the "educational program of excellent doctors" for Xiuyuan Class as a pilot project. "Xiuyuan Class" was named after the famous doctor Chen Xiuyuan; it also implies "cultivation and practice". Our university combines the requirements of the times and the characteristics of Chinese medicine hospitals to explore five categories of "academic education, physical practice, tempering wills, selfcultivation and shaping morality", so as to build a "five-type" collective of learning, optimistic, cultural, innovative and service-oriented characteristics. In other words, we aim to shape the professional ideals of "to be sincere and perfect" for students on the basis of "five practices and five types" and train them to be TCM talents with both morality and skills.
