摘要
工业中使用的液压油固体颗粒污染物浓度过高会对机器设备产生磨损,减少设备的使用寿命,因此实时的检测液压油中颗粒污染的程度显得尤为的重要,光阻法对于液体中固态污染物的检测较于其他方法而言检测结果更加的准确,在此基础上,减少测量时的误差,排除掉人为的不利影响因素,对测量的结果进行分析,使得测量的结果更加精确,液压油的使用效率也因此大大提高。
The excessive concentration of solid particles in the hydraulic oil used in the industry will cause wear and tear to the machine and equipment, and reduce the service life of the equipment. Therefore, the real-time detection of the degree of particle pollution in hydraulic oil is particularly important, light resistance method for the detection of solid pollutants in liquid, compared to other methods, the results are more accurate. On this basis, the error of measurement is reduced, and the artificial adverse factors are eliminated. The result of measurement is analyzed, which makes the result more accurate, and the efficiency of hydraulic oil is greatly improved.
