摘要
目的探讨Akt、NF-κB、p65、ERK1/2和p38与乳腺炎患者病情发展的相关性。方法 95例乳腺炎患者根据患者病情严重程分为乳腺炎初期组(n=31)、乳腺炎脓肿期组(n=23)。观察3组患者Akt、NF-κB、P65、ERK1/2和P38的水平。结果乳腺炎脓肿期组P65、NF-κB表达水平明显高于乳腺炎初期组、乳腺炎中期组(P<0.05)。乳腺炎中期组P65、NF-κB水平明显高于乳腺炎初期组(P<0.05)。乳腺炎脓肿期组其Akt、ERK1/2和p38阳性评分明显高于乳腺炎初期组、乳腺炎中期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ERK1/2蛋白、p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶、NF-κB、NF-κB p65以及Akt的阳性表达率越高乳腺炎病情越加严重。值得临床重视。
Objective To investigate the correlation of Akt, NF-κB, p65, ERK1/2 and p38 to disease progression of patients with mastitis.Methods Ninety-five patients with mastitis were divided into initial-stage mastitis group(n=31) and mastitis and breast abscess group(n=23) according to the severity of the patient's condition. The levels of Akt, NF-κB, P65, ERK1/2 and P38 were observed and compared among the three groups.Results The expression levels of P65 and NF-κB in the mastitis and breast abscess group were significantly higher than those in the initial-stage mastitis group and the intermediate-stage mastitis group(P<0.05). The levels of P65 and NF-κB in intermediate-stage mastitis group were significantly higher than those in the initial-stage mastitis group(P<0.05). The positive scores of Akt, ERK1/2 and p38 in the mastitis and breast abscess group were significantly higher than those in the initial-stage mastitis group and the intermediate-stage mastitis group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The higher the positive expression rate of ERK1/2 protein, p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase, NF-κB, NF-κB p65 and Akt, the more serious the condition of mastitis. Therefore, it is worthy of clinical attention.
