愈伤接骨丸配合空心钉治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折

摘要
目的:观察愈伤接骨丸配合空心钉内固定术治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法:78例青壮年股骨颈骨折患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组给予空心钉内固定术,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予愈伤接骨丸。治疗后,比较两组患者骨折愈合时间、术后并发症发生率和Harris评分,比较两组患者治疗前后血液流变学指标。结果:治疗后,观察组骨折愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组Harris功能评分优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者血液流变学指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者血液流变学指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:愈伤接骨丸配合空心钉内固定术治疗股骨颈骨折疗效显著,可显著改善患者髋关节功能和血流动力学指标。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yushang Jiegu Pill combined with hollow nail internal fixation in the treatment of femoral neck fracture in youths and adults.Methods:78 cases of femoral neck fracture in youths and adults were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with internal fixation with hollow nails,while the observation group was treated with Yushang Jiegu Pill on the basis of the control group.After treatment,fracture healing time,incidence of complications and Harris score were compared between the two groups,and hemodynamic indexes were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the healing time of fracture in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the excellent and good rate of Harris functional score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.There was no significant difference in hemorheological parameters between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the hemorheological indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yushang Jiegu Pill combined with hollow nail internal fixation for the treatment of femoral neck fracture has a significant effect,which can significantly improve the patient′s function and hemodynamic indicators.
