摘要
研制了一种集定量上料加水、搅拌制浆及浆液泵送功能为一体的矿用连续制浆机设备,设计了与之相适应的连续制浆充填系统;连续制浆工艺系统机械化程度高,工艺简单易操作,能够实现A、B 2种单液的远距离泵送。应用结果表明采用连续制浆充填系统进行沿空留巷施工,浆液搅拌均匀,充填体表面平整,取得了比较理想的效果。
We develop a mine continuous pulping machine equipment with a set of quantitative water feeding,stirring slurry and slurry pump feeding functions into one,and design the corresponding continuous pulping filling system.The research shows that the continuous pulping process system has high mechanization degree,simple process and easy operation,and can realize the long distance pumping of two kinds of A and B.The application results show that using continuous pulping filling system to carry out gob side entry retaining construction can achieve ideal effect of even stirring slurry,smooth surface of filling body.
