摘要
磷硅酸盐型稀土矿是一类重要的稀土资源,该矿石矿物元素组成复杂,矿石结构嵌布紧密,主要含稀土矿物为菱黑稀土矿,其稀土元素理论品位低,且与脉石矿物可浮性相近,分选难度高,开发利用困难。针对某低品位磷硅酸盐型稀土矿开展矿物学及选矿技术研究,以形成适于低品位磷硅酸盐稀土矿开发利用的选矿技术。以REO品位为1.46%的某磷硅酸盐型稀土矿石为研究对象,采用单一浮选工艺,选用自主研发的浮选捕收剂RFS,经一次粗选、两次扫选、三次精选闭路流程,获得了REO品位23.25%,REO回收率为78.03%的稀土精矿,为磷硅酸盐稀土矿资源的开发利用提供借鉴。
Phosphorus-silicate-RE ore is one kind of important rare earth resource,but the beneficiation technology was few investigated. In this paper,the beneficiation research was conducted on a phosphorus-silicateRE ore,mineralogy research results show the main rare earth mineral is steenstrupine,it owns complex element component,results in low theory RE grade. By single flotation process,with the self-developed collector RFS,beneficiation research was conducted,in the 1-step rougher flotation,2-step scavenger flotation,3-step cleaning flotation locked cycle flotation tests,the rare earth concentrate with 23. 25% REO grade and 78. 03% REO recovery was obtained. This research provides reference and inspiration on the development of phosphorus-silicateRE resources.
