摘要
某磷酸盐型稀土矿中含有独居石、磷灰石、黄铁矿、磁铁矿、赤铁矿等多种矿物,具有较大综合利用价值。工艺矿物学研究表明,矿石中稀土品位为0.52%,稀土元素主要赋存于独居石和磷灰石中,其中70%的稀土元素分布于独居石中,磷灰石中含有26.60%的稀土元素;独居石嵌布粒度微细,约83.86%的独居石颗粒小于38μm,且独居石与磷灰石嵌布关系密切。在预先回收矿石中黄铁矿、磁铁矿和赤铁矿的基础上,采用混合浮选方法得到稀土-磷灰石混合精矿,该混合精矿经预浸—磁选工艺,可以得到REO含量45%的独居石精矿,磷灰石中稀土元素进入预浸液,全流程稀土回收率达74.20%。
A phosphate type rare earth ore contains monazite,apatite,pyrite,magnetite,hematite and other minerals,which owns great comprehensive utilization value.Process mineralogy research shows that the REO content in head sample is 0.52%,rare earth elements mainly occurs in monazite and apatite,the distribution of rare earth elements in monazite is 70%,in apatite is 26.60%.Monazite is fine disseminated in the ore,about 83.86%of the monazite grains are less than 38μm,and monazite and apatite disseminated closely.On the basis of pre recovery of pyrite,magnetite and hematite,flotation process was adopted to obtain the mixed monazite-apatite concentrate,pre leaching and magnetic separation process was adopted to process the mixed concentrate and the monazite concentrate with 45% REO content can be obtained,the rare earth element in apatite was leached into the pre-leaching leachate,the whole process of rare earth recovery rate of 74.20%.
