中药烫熨治疗腰椎间盘突出症寒湿痹阻证的效果观察

摘要
目的探讨温度和时间对中药烫熨治疗腰椎间盘突出症寒湿证患者临床护理效果的影响。方法选取2015年1月~2016年12月我院收治的64例腰椎间盘突出症寒湿证行中药烫熨治疗的患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为第一组(40~45℃,15 min)15例、第二组(40~45℃,30 min)(16例)、第三组(50~55℃,15 min)(16例)、第四组(50~55℃,30 min)(17例),分别观察在温度区域限定下,烫熨时间对疗效的影响;在时间限定条件下,温度对疗效的影响。结果治疗后,四组患者的VAS评分均低于治疗前,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);四组患者的VAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,第四组的总有效率高于其他三组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论温度40~45℃或50~55℃、时间15 min或30 min的四种温度-时间组合的中药烫熨治疗,对腰椎间盘突出症寒湿证患者的VAS评分无明显影响,但50~55℃、30 min的烫熨治疗的有效率高于其他三组温度-时间组合。
        Objective To explore the effect of temperature and time of pressing for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation patients with cold dampness syndrome clinical nursing effect of traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods Sixty-four patients with cold and dampness syndrome of lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and treated by traditional Chinese medicine ironing. They were divided into the first group(40-45℃, 15 min) 15 patients, the second group(40-45℃, 30 min) 16 patients, the third group(50-55℃, 15 min) 16 patients and the fourth group(50-55℃, 30 min) 17 patients by random number table method. the effects of ironing time on the curative effect were observed respectively under the limit of temperature range. The influence of temperature on curative effect under time-limited conditions. Results After treatment, VAS scores were lower than those before treatment, and there was no significant difference(P >0.05). After treatment, there was no significant difference in VAS scores among four groups(P>0.05); the total effective rate of the fourth group was higher than that of the other three groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion The temperature of 40-45℃ or 50-55℃and 15 min or 30 min, four kinds of temperature-time combination of the traditional Chinese medicine ironing therapy has no obvious effect on lumbar disc herniation in patients with cold dampness syndrome VAS score, however, the effective rate of ironing of the fourth group(50-55℃ and 30 min) was higher than that of the other three groups.
