摘要
沥青路面模量反演是评价沥青路面结构承载能力及路面材料衰变的重要方法。提出了基于FWD弯沉盆和大数据分析的模量反演方法并开发了相应的反演软件,结合交通部足尺环道沥青路面的实测弯沉盆数据来反演四层路面结构的模量,并从测试温度差异、测试荷载差异及测试设备差异等方面,对反演结果的规律和规律的合理性进行了分析。结果表明,反演结果合理,符合路面经验模量的取值范围,反演结果的变化规律与材料特性及工程实际经验符合。反演方法兼具反演精度高和反演速度快等特点。
Asphalt pavement modulus back-calculation is an important means to evaluate the bearing capacity of asphalt pavement and the decay of pavement materials. In this paper,modulus of four-layers pavement structure has been back-calculated using measured deflection basin data of RIOH track's asphalt pavement according to a new methodology of modulus back-calculation based on big data concept. And then the rationality of back-calculated modulus and its variations has been analyzed from the differences of test temperature,test load levels and test equipment. The results have shown that modulus back-calculation results in this paper is reasonable,the law of modulus variation is in good agreement with the engineering practice. The back-calculation accuracy and speed is high.
