基于过程要素模型的新工科专业建设质量分析与评价

摘要
从质量的视角,指出新工科专业建设本质上是教育相关方要求动态性的具体体现。为保证新工科专业建设的质量,研究了高等工程教育的相关方及其质量要求,给出了新工科专业建设质量的过程要素分析模型,明确了影响教育质量形成的关键因素,在此基础上构建了新工科专业建设质量的评价指标体系,并以某高校新工科专业建设为例进行实证研究,验证了所给出的分析评价方法的可行性和有效性。
From the perspective of quality theory,this paper points out that the construction of emerging engineering education is essentially the embodiment of the requirement dynamics of the relevant parties in education.In order to guarantee the construction quality of the emerging engineering education,this paper studies the relevant parties and their quality requirements for higher engineering education,and establishes a Process Factor Model analyzing the construction quality,which clarifies the key factors influencing the education quality.Based on this model,this paper also constructs the evaluation index system for the construction quality of the emerging engineering education,and conducts an empirical research on the emerging engineering education in a certain university to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation system.
