摘要
为检测高压配电室SF_6气体泄露量,保证室内的检修及巡视人员安全,开发了基于STM32的SF_6气体泄漏监控报警系统。该系统以STM32F103为主控制器,采用高精度的SF_6红外传感器和O2电化学传感器,将采集到的气体浓度信息传输给STM32进行数据处理,通过液晶显示器进行显示,当检测到SF_6气体浓度超标或者缺氧时,进行声光报警并启动风机,通过RS232总线与上位机通信,实现数据传输和存储。经过实验测试结果表明,该系统具有精度高、稳定性好、响应速度快等优良性能。
        In order to detect a leakage of SF_6 gas in high voltage distribution room and ensure the safety of maintenance and in-spection personnel,the design of the SF_6 gas leakage monitoring and alarming system based on STM32 is put forward. The system us-es STM32F103 microprocessor as the core,uses high-precision SF_6 infrared sensor and O2 electrochemical sensor. It collects the gasconcentration information and transmitted to the STM32 for data processing and display. When the SF_6 gas concentration overran orhypoxia,the system gives the sound and light alarm,and starts air exhaust device. The system communicates with PC by the RS232 bus to achieve data transmission and storage. Experimental result show that the system has high precision,good stability,fast re-sponse and other excellent performance.
