摘要
针对某企业的硫酸盐溶液蒸发结晶项目,介绍了MVR技术的应用及原理,并根据MVR技术原理,提出了将MVR技术应用于硫酸盐溶液蒸发结晶的工艺流程,同时对MVR技术的自动控制系统进行整体设计及硬件设计。控制系统通过PLC与变频器相结合的控制方式,对机械式蒸汽压缩机、进料泵、出料泵、强制循环泵等实现自动控制,同时可对硫酸盐溶液的浓缩、蒸发、结晶过程中的液位、温度及流量等工艺参数进行监测控制。
This paper introduces the application and principle of MVR technology in the project of evaporative crystallization of sulphate solution in an enterprise.According to the principle of MVR technology,the technological process of using MVR technology to vaporize and crystallize sulfate solution is proposed,and the overall design and hardware design of the automatic control system of MVR technology are carried out.The control system realizes the automatic control of mechanical steam compressor,feed pump,discharge pump and forced circulation pump by means of PLC combined with frequency converter.At the same time,the technological parameters such as concentration,evaporation,liquid level,temperature and flow in the crystallization process of sulfate solution can be monitored and controlled.
