锥形束CT在慢性牙周炎患者牙周基础治疗后评估牙槽骨变化中的应用价值分析

摘要
目的探讨锥形束CT(CBCT)在慢性牙周炎患者中的应用价值。方法抽取本院就诊的慢性牙周炎患者120例,对所有患者均采取牙周基础治疗,并给予CBCT测量治疗前后的牙槽骨变化情况。结果治疗后,所有牙周炎患者的牙槽骨密度相比治疗前均明显较高(P<0.05);治疗后,所有牙周炎患者的牙槽骨高度均有所降低,但是治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义。结论对慢性牙周炎患者采取牙周基础治疗可改善牙槽骨密度,同时给予CBCT检查,便于对治疗前后的牙槽骨变化情况进行评估。
Objective To explore the application value of conical beam CT(CBCT) in patients with chronic periodontitis. Methods 120 cases of chronic periodontitis patients treated in our hospital were extracted, and all patients were treated with periodontal base treatment, and the changes of alveolar bone before and after treatment were given to CBCT. Results After treatment, the bone density of alveolar bone in all patients with periodontitis was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05); After treatment, the height of alveolar bone in all patients with periodontitis decreased, but there was no significant difference in the data before and after treatment. Conclusion Periodontal base treatment for chronic periodontitis can improve the bone density of alveolar bone, and the CBCT can be used to evaluate the changes of alveolar bone before and after treatment.
