摘要
利用RAPD标记技术对宽体金线蛭5个地理群体的遗传多样性进行RAPD分析,并对其生长指标进行了比较研究。结果表明:江苏兴化和黑龙江宾县群体间的亲缘关系最远,遗传差异性较大,江苏兴化和江苏宿迁群体间的亲缘关系最近,遗传差异性较小;聚类分析显示江苏地区3个群体和湖北大悟县群体聚为第一大类,黑龙江宾县群体聚为第二大类,其中第一大类中江苏兴化和江苏宿迁群体聚为第一亚类,江苏吴江和湖北大悟县群体聚为第二亚类;无论是仔蛭还是幼蛭黑龙江宾县的生长指标都明显低于其他4个地区。
        RAPD markers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of five geographical populations of Whitmania pigra,and their growth indexes were compared in this study. The results showed that: the maximum genetic distance appeared between the populations of Xinghua( Jiangsu) and Binxian( Heilongjiang),reflecting larger genetic differences; the minimum genetic distance occurred between the populations of Xinghua and Suqian( Jiangsu),reflecting smaller genetic differences. Cluster analysis indicated that the three populations from Jiangsu and the population of Dawu( Hubei) were divided into the first group,while the population of Binxian was divided into the second group alone. In the first group,the populations of Xinghua and Suqian were divided into the first subgroup,and the populations of Wujiang( Jiangsu) and Dawu were divided into the second subgroup. The growth indexes of young W. pigra from Binxian county of Heilongjiang province were significantly lower than those from other four regions.
