摘要
从热熔结环氧粉末(FBE)孔隙率的形成原因、对涂层性能的影响以及如何降低涂层孔隙率3个方面介绍了如何制备低孔隙率热熔结环氧粉末涂料的方法,以提高涂层的性能,延长管道的使用寿命。
The void-forming reason of fusion bonding epoxy(FBE) powder coatings is analyzed.The effects of porosity on coating properties and the control methods are also discussed. Thus, the preparation of FBE with low porosity has been introduced so as to improve the film performance and extend the service life of the coated pipeline.
