摘要
通过网络获取创新需要的知识和信息,是后发企业实现创新追赶的重要选择。文章从理论分析出发,构筑了网络嵌入-双元创新能力-创新追赶绩效的关系模型,进而通过实证分析进行验证。本研究发现:外部知识网络嵌入形态通过影响内部双元创新能力,进而作用于后发企业的创新追赶绩效,其中关系强度、关系持久度、网络规模和网络位置中心度对后发企业利用性创新能力具有显著正向影响,网络中心度对探索性创新能力具有显著正向影响,而探索性创新能力和利用性创新能力则对创新追赶绩效具有显著正向影响。因此,后发企业在进行创新追赶过程中,需要注重优化企业外部的网络形态,来有效提升企业内部创新能力和更好地实现追赶。
        The knowledge and information needed for innovation through the network are important resources for latecomers to achieve innovation. Based on the theoretical analysis,this paper constructs a theoretical model of network embedding,dual-innovation capability and catch-up performance,and then verifies it through empirical analysis. The study finds that the external knowledge network embedded form affects the internal dual-innovation capability,and then acts on the innovative performance of the latecomers,in which the relationship strength,relationship persistence,network scale and network location center degree have significantly positive impacts on the exploitation of latecomers. Network centrality has a significant positive impact on exploration,while exploitation and exploration capability have significant positive impacts on catch-up performance. Therefore,in the process of improve innovation capacities,the latecomers need to focus on optimizing the network forms outside the enterprise to effectively improve the internal innovation capabilities and better catch up.
